Welcome to another Friday Game Deals (sorta). I was busy over the weekend visiting Amsterdam which was super fun! Anyway, back to the game deals. This week has been a fun one in deals, with the fresh Resident Evil deals coming out a few weeks after release, as well as For Honour (Honor for my American readers), Horizon Zero Dawn, and Halo Wars 2 coming out in the coming weeks. So let’s get to the first one…

Of course if you would like to try before you buy, Ubisoft are holding an open beta for For Honor on the weekend of 9th of Feb to the 12th, with the full game being released on the 14th. You will get a taste of 4 game modes and 9 heroes, while the full game will have 12 heroes, so you get a pretty clear idea of what to expect when the full thing hits shelves.
Next Halo Wars 2, the sequel that that has been demanded by a cult following if Halo and RTS fans. The Halo Wars series is quite different than your usual Halo titles but offers the same great story and world just the same. Another slightly more obscure deal, Assassins Creed Unity is available for the low low price of £1.49 on Xbox One from CDKeys. £1.49! That’s less than a Big Mac meal. Finally, one I’m most excited about is the Crash Bandicoot remaster on PS4. Being born in 96 I grew up with a PS1, and Crash Bandicoot was my game of choice, along with Tomb Raider and Spyro, so this is one of the ones I am going crazy for. Although it has no release date, you can get some great pre-order deals. For only £32.99 on GameSeek, you can grab it on PS4. Though do bare in mind they take payment at time of purchase, so now, as opposed to when the game ships, whenever that release date may be. If that doesn’t sound appealing to you, Base is offering it at the same price with the use of code “postabargain”, or £35 without the code. They take payment at time of shipping.
